1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return only if:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- Something was missing from your order
To qualify:
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase and photos must be provided
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or opened items
- Damage caused by mishandling
- Items raised after 48 hours
- Sale/discounted items unless defective

4. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank to reflect the amount
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
5. Return Shipping
- Customers must bear return shipping costs unless it’s our mistake
- We recommend using a trackable service
