• Return Eligibility: Returns accepted within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items; items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

• Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

For all your home décor—clocks, mirrors, planters and wall art—dust regularly with a soft cloth or brush; gently clean any glass surfaces (clock faces and mirrors) using a microfiber cloth and non-streak cleaner; avoid high humidity and direct sunlight to prevent warping, moisture damage or fading; and for wooden planters, apply a protective oil or sealant occasionally to maintain their finish.
